“The ACFI is exactly the place where I started my academic career as a postdoc in the US. During my postdoc time at the ACFI, I not only initiated new collaborations and accomplished research, which are now my representative works, but also learned how to make a comfortable and welcoming community for diverse people through weekly group meetings and conversations with ACFI faculty members. I believe the ACFI workshop that I organized in 2018 (Testing CP-Violation for Baryogenesis) promoted professional connections among women and early career researchers from diverse backgrounds including me. These experiences helped me grow as an independent scientist and build my career very much.”
